Larry Partusch, Founder
Larry Partusch proves sometimes the most simple business plan is the most successful. In 1982, Larry founded Partusch Plumbing & Heating with the goal of providing customers with consistently good service at a fair price and treating employees fair by paying them well for their good work. Thirty-four years later, customers keep coming back and employees aren’t leaving.
Five years after founding Partusch Plumbing & Heating, working with Terry Bolton, Larry started Northern Sheetmetal Fabricators, expanding the companies into a full-service heating, ventilation, air and plumbing operation. Larry oversees the financial and general business operations of both companies.
Larry’s leadership exemplifies service and it extends from the office to the Anchorage community. He supports youth athletes including putting together a clubhouse and concession stand for Dimond West Little League and providing gear for the Polar Little League. He’s passionate about charitable organizations like Catholic Social Services, Brother Francis Shelter and Habitat for Humanity, where the company has been involved in more than 60 projects.
