Rick Thompson is at the hub of our operations at Partusch Plumbing. “My mission is to keep everything functioning at Partusch. I audit the job bidding. I job cost the bids for each home, and I handle the plumbing upgrades and fixtures,” Rick said. He reviews our AP and assures that the pricing is right. He processes our AR for our bookkeeper by comparing the bid specs to the actual work done. Rick reviews the bidding on plumbing jobs. He’s involved with the start of a job to the end of a job. “I’m proud that I work at Partusch Plumbing,” Rick said. “I’ve got one of the best jobs in the state. I love what I do.”
Rick has been with Partusch Plumbing for over 13 years. In addition to his job costing, bidding and accounting functions, Rick also manages our 35 vehicles. He handles maintenance, registrations, everything related to our vehicles. Even Rick’s vehicle maintenance meets the high standard of Partusch Plumbing. “Our vehicles are clean both inside and out and our employees operate them to the highest standard. Only work-related items are in the vehicles. Our vehicles represent our company’s professional standards,” Rick said.
Rick is also our 24-hour, on-call person. “I’ll handle any problem that may occur after normal business hours,” Rick said. “I’m proud of the quality service we provide to builders and homeowners. We provide superior workmanship and close team work. That sets us apart. We’re at the top of our field.”
Rick’s past experience in expediting, warranty service work, and property management helped build his knowledge base for his current work with Partusch. "I’ve got a total of 19 years in the trade,” Rick said. “My years with Partusch are the pinnacle of my career."
During his off time, Rick loves Alaskan activities. He hunts, fishes, snow machines and golfs (17 handicap). He has a cabin on the Kenai.
